I started this painting a looooooong time ago!
I’m not exactly sure why I didn’t finish it. I know it got ripped and I couldn’t make up my mind whether I wanted the girl laying in the grass or standing with both grass and sky behind her.
It’s been here and there around my house, and old apartment where it began, for almost a decade now.
I’m finally in the mood to work on it again, but I’m in the same predicament…
I figured it might be fun to get some opinions!
Would it be cooler to have her:
Laying in a field of flowers
or
Standing in the field where you can see the flowers and sky
What do you think?

That was my original intention when I started! Then I got to thinking it might be cool if her hair was blowing in the wind instead of sprawled on the grass. I might make a version of both 🤔😄

I think the laying down one works so well because we all dream of lying in a meadow of flowers on a summers day; but I think making both is the way to go 😃
